AKAYLIFE GROUP is a leading medical tourism consultancy company in Istanbul -Turkey, and seeking a candidate who has a passion for strengthening and managing relationships with customers in the social space.
Our ideal candidate should have a proven track record of problem-solving and can effectively adjust a response strategy to fit the social channel and situation using excellent judgment and appropriate discretion.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Developes brand awareness and social reputation.
Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
Implements a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
Creates, curates, and manages all published social content (images, video, written and audio/podcast).
Creates and manages an online review funnel for building online reviews and reputation. Monitors online reviews and responds to each review timely and with care.
Analyzes social media campaigns and translates anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising, if necessary.
Monitors effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns; Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing; Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience
Minimum high school degree or a University degree from an accredited academic institution.
Or, a professional certificate from an accredited academic vocational institution.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Age between 24-32 years old.
2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
Social media coordinating experience, including brand and audience development.
Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
Excellent writing and language skills.
Practices superior time management.
Ability to multi-task and cope with competing demands under tight deadlines.
Strong initiative and self-motivation, with a commitment to teamwork.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn from others.
Turkish (working knowledge).
