Role Overview
Actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Responsibilities
• Present, promote and sell robotics products/solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Build, maintain and document sales networks (marketplace network, customer networks, referral network)
• Gather customer requirements and environment information and communicate them effectively to the engineering team
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate sales effort with team members, marketing department, and other departments
• Keep record of all aspects of customer relationships using the company’s CRM
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products or solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Passion in robotics
• 2 to 6 years’ experience in sales
• Knowledge in production lines and their parts
• Knowledge in production & factory processes
• Understanding of the Turkish market and how projects work
• Highly motivated, with positive attitude
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM practices
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Continuous learner
• Background in industrial engineering or any other related degree
